This comes in very handy when you have two full hands or your hands are covered in a slimy goo. I can't tell you how many times I have gone to wash my hands after preping meat for hamburgers and I have to use my wrist to turn on the water. Otherwise, use your hands to turn on the water knowing full well your gonna have to wash off the faucet too, because your all slimy. No more.
